i dont have more than 1 base, this is known as alt base, leave the game than making alts!

Plarium policies don't prohibit the use of multiple accounts on the game but they will put you in the wheel to make your development longer and difficult. The best-known example : resource transfer limit between Commanders, no more than 50k per week. 

Note that the use of multiple accounts on the Facebook platform is strictly prohibited by their policies.
