No discrimination between plarium and its users. All players are seen the same way.   

There is not really anything to explain for this situation, it's the fault of no luck. Moreover the program is in development, as soon as it will be extended I am sure that some members of your big team will be promoted.   

Regarding the flag, I don't want to say stupidity but this is a little similar to possible languages in the game an average of 6000 languages are spoken in the world ... I let you deduce where the problem comes from. The devs make a generality by seeing the nationality of the users. The most numerous are "selected".

But it's likely that in the future, more languages and flags will be introduced into the game, it should not be too complicated concerning flags.

I write here on behalf of our LFF coallition.

Which represents 6 LFF teams and their allies, almost 1000 players directly.

Correct that because it's just discrimination !

Believe me, questions arise behind the scenes!

Place in your VIP frame the francophons and update your flags.

You compare 200 flags to 6000 languages with their complexities, it's off topic and it has nothing to do!

Even in GIF on messenger we can have his flag.

In a war game, it is essential that players can identify themselves.

a flag is not complicated to realize, a designer stagiere could do it.

Many players are waiting for your answer to my message.

Because we are very clearly at a disadvantage vis-à-vis other nations with this missing VIP status.

Maybe some of the 1000 players you are talking about don't deserve the status of a VIP member ? The ratio becomes much lower. And even if it's not, we are talking about 1000 players out of millions more.

Again, there is no discrimination. Without pushing the searches, the VIP program agents only see the nationality of the players by looking at the language of their combine. Places are expensive and the conditions are "severe" at the moment.   

I add that the majority of VIP status brings only cosmetic changes. The advantages of a VIP over a current player will be minimal overall.     

The number of users on Messenger, alias Facebook isn't comparable to those on plarium games. I believe that for the moment the devs are mainly preoccupied by other projects. It's just a matter of time.

Can you send me these criteria for the purpose of the greatest transparency?

We do not ask that all our players be VIPs.

It may only be cosmetic, but it's important for my community to have at least one VIP representative.

It's also a bonus.

Hello, Commander! When it came to selecting participants for the VIP program, multiple factors were taken into consideration, such as the amount of time spent playing the game, how long ago players joined, and their levels of activity in the game. Player's nationality does not affect our choice at all. And as for national flags in the game, unfortunately, we're not planning to implement a national Belgium flag as there are not so many players from this country in the game. However, all of them are great warriors, no doubt :) 

At the moment we cannot include all the players that meet these requirements as we are still developing this program. But we're planning to invite more players to the program in the future.
