Not sure what is happening.  All my settings are verified. Anyone else have or had this issue?  Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Commander.. There are a few  things that automatically come to mind that may help you ...Check that your Flash Player is updated..active and current version..Also you can try to clear/clean your browser/cache..You can also try a different browser..A lot of the loading issues can sometimes be currected by the above..Still there are times that Support will need to be contacted...But right now..I am pretty confident these steps may help
