Hello all. I did not understand how stimulants work. I have placed Swiftness, Agility and Resistance, all of those suppose to give me bonuses to all def units but i get 1 buff from Resistance to L infantry, none to H infantry, Agility only to Armor, and Swiftness only to Aviation, and i get the lowest buff possible for each class. This is as intended? I did not see anywere in game the fact that those stimulatns work this way.
