Account deactivated despite not being from Russia or Belarus

This thread is intended for discussing the account deactivations announced in the post.

Many players, including myself, who are neither from Russia nor Belarus and do not reside in those countries, have been affected and have lost access to their accounts. I have contacted Plarium Support Center several times and have not received a single response.

We understand the actions taken by Plarium and the reasons behind them. However, players who live in other countries and have no connection whatsoever to Russia, Ukraine, or the conflict between them should not have lost their accounts.

Could you please advise where I can find the ticket number? I was expecting to receive a confirmation email with the ticket number after submitting the ticket, but I have not received any confirmation email.

Regarding the confirmation email, that is definitely not the case. I have not received a single confirmation email despite having submitted more than five tickets already. This can be easily verified by submitting a test ticket. Therefore, if confirmation emails are expected, then this appears to be a bug and, I believe, should be reported. 

As for the main issue, I finally received a response from Plarium, which I have provided below: 

Hello, Thank you for contacting us. 
Starting from 15.06.2026, this game will no longer be available in Russia and Belarus. Access to the game and related services will be discontinued, and affected accounts will be closed in accordance with our Terms of Use. 

Honestly, this looks as though the Support team did not even read my ticket and simply pasted a template response. In my ticket, I explicitly stated (twice) that I am neither from Russia nor Belarus and do not reside in either of those countries.

Support team continues to send the same template response to all of my requests:

Hello, Thank you for contacting us.

Frankly, this is very frustrating. They could easily verify that I am neither from Russia nor Belarus by reviewing my account's login and purchase history.

I would be very grateful if you could contact the Support team internally and ask them to review my case individually.
