I have purchased a new laptopas my old one cashed and i can't get any information from it.
I have tried to download the game again on to my new laptop and it keeps telling me to download Plarium play but when it takes me to the app store i cannot find the app.

Having the same issue as of now since 8 days ago on windows 10 PC all updated, and still can't get in after reinstalling everything again. Just Can't get in the base. Then went on another PC and it works loading up after installing 100%.. Thought it be working out by now, & sent 7 reports still a blank white screen now & not black after reinstalling, no graphics pic on entering base its weird thing happening all 9-10 years Playing Feb 2024//Hope all works out for us all
