Where do I report game malfunction where my attack disappeared???

--->>>  I sent 10 nukes approximately 11:00 EST this day, just a short while ago, and nothing happened.  I didn't receive any report either, but 10 nukes were taken away from my stash.
I sent a nuke thereafter and it worked o.k. BUT where are my 10 nukes that disappeared and were taken asway from ???

Are we supposed to put UID in report too?
