The discount is launched shortly after you log into the game. Please check the prices in the Sick Bay before restoring the units. Also, you can verify if the discount is active in the Events tab. In case the discount is applied, the units are restored at the correct price.

AREIDEBRUIN1 was correct - I had the same problem. It was definitely a bug. The 75% discount on all sick bay revival units was shown, including on the cobra units. But when you selected cobra units to be restored from the "75% Discount" tab, nothing happened (the command was ignored -- it worked fine for the non-cobra units). To restore the cobra units, I had to go to the normal sick bay and revive them. It worked, but at the normal 50% rate (ie, the 75% discount was not applied). That's what the complaint above was about. That's why he felt cheated out of the diamond discount (I felt the same way when it happened to me).
