I never get the discount generator at my base (56/356) on the Badlands server.

Instead, every time I load the game at the final stage of loading a window showing the local time and the single word "Error" pops up in the lower right corner of the screen and after a few moments vanishes again.  

This happens regardless of whether I play with my browser or the Plarium Play App.

The problem exists since the moment I created the base to this very day.

PS:

My guess is that something got currupted in the data record representing my base on the Badland server and that as a consequence of this data curruption the software routine that normally would create the discount generator crashes producing the error window.
