Hello is anyone in support there...knock...knock...knock

Please don't send me your typical clear your cache and make sure your Flash is working message and think it is on my end. I want to talk to an actual support member not a moderator. I have over 14 Console and script errors on F12. loading takes over 15-25 minutes. This all happened the moment I joined a certain combine.
