Hello!
The thing is that the application requires 64-bit version of Windows. Unfortunately, it does not work on the 32-bit system.
To find out if your computer is running a 32-bit or 64-bit version of Windows:
Windows 7:
1. Open System by clicking the Start button, right-clicking Computer, and then clicking Properties.
2. Under System, you can view the system type.
Windows 10:
1. Right-button click on Start
2. Choose System.
3. There find System type.

Offering a Software "Plarium Play" at log-in that is a Windows.EXE.... Is not something your Apple players want to see everytime they open...

Hello all,
I am having an issue with the Plarium Play App. I have Windows 7, 64 bit and when I log into the game.. I have no sound - no music, no sound, no background noise.. etc... but, when I log into the game via browser (Chrome), I have all sounds.. any idea how to fix?

Hey Commander,
Check that you have enabled music in your interface.
Everything worked normally for me.
