IE 1T offence, 1T defence
No other requirements, we do help each other and new people to the game which may have questions. Plarium has a soldiers inc. page on Facebook but it is not very organized for recruitment. So why have these forums then?

Because they're meant for the Plarium version of Soldiers Inc. (Different from FaceBook).
If you're simply saying that you have a page on FaceBook for recruitment here, I am apologizing, but your second sentence was a bit misleading.
