The ticket number should be in your 'my account' after you submit the ticket.  Just a reminder though, the forum moderators are not the support team and so we are simply trying to help you the best we can..

There is three statuses, 'Open', 'Awaiting your reply' and 'solved'..

Take in mind that If you have opened ticket, posting new one won't accelerate your request. It will only put all your requests to the end of waiting list.
