I understand that the game gives out referrals on a randomized basis but this is rediculous.  I keep getting the same ones over and over.  Possibly the randomizer is broken.

Specifically, I am trying to collect referrals for "BUNKER RAID". There are a total of 7 to get.  So far I have gotten Qty 4 of #3, Qty 3 of #4, and Qty 4 of #7.  Why don't I get the others?  BUNKER RAID is very thinly traded, if I could I would.

Possible that Plarium does not keep track of what was issued to me already, but any random process should give an even distribution of items.
