[Vitality Plunder]
Attacks 1 enemy. Decreases the target's MAX HP by 20%, then adds that HP to this Champion's own MAX HP.
Cannot decrease a single Champion's MAX HP by more than 60% in one Battle. Cannot increase this Champion's MAX HP by more than 60,000. Decreases the MAX HP of Bosses by 30% of the damage inflicted instead. This Champion's MAX HP will be increased by 15,000 when this Skill is used against Bosses.
[Abyssal Clutch]
Cooldown decreased to 4 turns.
[Horrific Foe]
When attacked, decreases the attacker's MAX HP by 5%. Decreases the MAX HP of Bosses by 2.5% instead. Cannot decrease a single enemy's MAX HP by more than 50%. Occurs once per enemy attack.
Base speed increased to 98

The above rebalances are simply another reduction, of impact, our champs can have on Bosses.
There is one change of base speed.... Hurra !
I am very disapointed with 1 simple base speed alteration after having monitored (HOPEFULLY) the combined pool of champs for sooo long.
I suggest you make tweaks and rebalances weekly ... Small changes ... Monitor effect ... and keep rebalancing.
The above doesn't change a thing.
Ohhh and ONE MORE SUGGESTION YOU NEED TO REBALANCE.
Fix the x10 events you keep throwing in our faces - Rebalance that !
Two years ago it was ok, but after having added 200+ more champs it has been watered down to utter uselessness - REBALANCE THAT.

What are you even reading? Its clearly a buff against the Scarab King amd nothing more or less. I swear people dont even know how to read sometimes lol.
sooooo skull lord var gall will still suck... nothing changes here.
He has more uses than some legendaries. He's a good carry to clear stage 21 of Faction Crypt's for people who don't have Krisk or other amazing Lizardmen. Him, Skullsworn, and Pharsalas Gravedirt also work together extremely well for Doom Tower waves as well.

And towards all i wrote you are indeed impressed with the many tweaks and rebalances?
The base Speed increase? And the fixes to the Huuuuuge amount of unplayable/useless champs out there?
Rebalancing three champs is meager to say the least. And rebalancing toward a single boss is meager.
I hope there are more and better changes than this for Bloodgorged and Skull Lord. Those of us who pulled them over a year ago and have been faithfully waiting for changes to make them useful feel let down. It's hard when you pull a legendary champion, which is so rare, and get excited only to find out they are not useful for anything except vault guardian.
