An Issue with Plarium Play ID When Trying to Log-in (04.10.21)

In the last few days, we have been receiving quite a number of questions concerning log-in issues which were characterized by the error message that had to do with Plarium Play ID log-in. If you are one of the players who encountered this issue, please do the following actions:
- Close the game, wait 10 minutes, open the game.
- If you still have no access and see the same error message, try using an alternative internet connection or a VPN service.

Been trying to login on a new phone but the program won't let me in saying that this belongs to another Raid account (yeah, mine!) So I'm given the option of either cancelling my login or creating a new account!

my account got banned this morning. I run a clean account, been playing for 2 years, .without no 3p stuff. pPurchased and ran the raid auto battle pack and got banned... what is that about?

Black screen on Apple OS
Is someone fixing this problem? There has been no reaction from Support and it is allready about 3 weeks since this problem started. Do they realy care?
