Flashiing lights, like strobes, and the POV switches as YOUR challangers repeatedly attack my group, like 12+ times PER my guy, seem it be causing EYE strain, UNFAIR and questionable tactics in combat, regardless of where. FIFTY years of gaming and computer tech services training have caused my to consider that your "equality" standards are flawed and/or BIASED in favor of preferred groups, and/or nationalities.  Of course, being USA lifetime resident, we tend to disagree with tatalitariumism. i have a funny one so game wouldnt launch support told me to clear cache , it worked but i had 5 accounts that were logged in for a long time so long i cant even remeber one of the emails what support didnt say is it would delete all my accounts now because i dont remember a email i lost an account io been playing forever !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!~!!

so theres no  way to log in using user name so if u forget the email your screwed!!!!

Dont know if this is a bug or not

I have just got rewarded an Orc female champ for log-in 7 days straight. 

I cant find the champ only to get the message to expand my master vault. 

I upgraded another champ and freed 3 slots but still the reward champ is missing.

I restarted the game but nothing changed. Any help would b appreciated!

okay why is that everytime a champion training tournament comes on  the upgrading champions in  campaign battles gets slowed right down  using  a hell of a lot more engery and time to upgrade  is this a bug or a deliberate ploy on your part

Can you explain in more detail or share some videos so we can look into this? 

Cause it sounds to me you don't have an XP bonus active and that's reducing the amount of XP you're getting from battles.

I have a question pertaining to the "cards" under the Plarium Play tab. I currently have 1,541 points, well past the 1,250 required for the warm up card. yet I didn't get the character. On her tab, it is showing only 1164/1250. how is that possible when the very next card, champion, shows 1,541/25,000? Am I missing something? Hoiw did I pass the required total, yet "not have enough points" to get the reward?

The Warm up Card came out long after plarium points were introduced so that should explain the discrepancy between the points on the Searsha track & Warm Up Card. IIRC they weren't retroactive points. 

Is there an issue with the new update? On two of my accounts I am not receiving my daily gems and in both accounts I am maxed to level three of the Gem Bastion. I wait a full day to allow the gems to accumulate to the max of 15 but for last week I haven't seen the growth of the gems. Example: collecting the gems in the morning, coming back in the evening it used to show 5, 6, or 7 gems then the following morning it would show full. The last week it's don't show anything. I'm not show if it's a glitch or if it's something like the new update.
