I'm not sure how to leave my current clan or join a specific clan

First, open the Clan screen. 

Click on Members. 

Click on your own name (at the top of the list) to see your profile and you will have a button to leave the clan. 

After leaving, you can search for a specific Clan by entering its Name or Tag in the Search box.  Our name is Red Enigma. Our tag is Q7Y7.

I quit my clan and tried to join but it said it was full.

Our fearless leader was waiting for an app before she booted an inactive player. She's not online at the moment but I will try to leave her a message about this.
