got this after lasts update con not get in to game i have uninstalled and reinstalled with no access to the game as i con not get passed this i have also been in touch with support team like its asking me to do with no reply whats going on ?
same prob here and not able to contact support

The game had some Plarium Play related log in issues earlier. Did this resolve itself for you two?
Similar problem; downloaded update & now I can get in.... Keep getting this error msg requesting that I reopen. Every time I reopen it just goes back to same msg, I've clicked reopen 50xs and nothing chages. I've tried erasing the app, restarting the computer, erasing all history. I cannot play any of these games. I've tried 2 different MACs as well.
2 weeks later the error is still there and I see no response from the team?
