I've been trying to log in all day and I keep getting a spinning blue circle in the top right of the loading screen. When I try to close out, it loops and won't let me exit unless I force close. What is happening?
at times I have the same problem. I've reinstalled countles times. Sometimes I get lucky
What is happening is that the internet connection to the server is being lost.
You can try to use a VPN if this is a regular problem, sometimes that helps people. Or fiddle with what connections you allow on a phone.... or if a PC or wifi, if you let it switch between a 2.4/5ghz network.
Really the root cause is different for most, but it is always losing connection with the server that causes this. If you give it long enough, eventually it will pop up an error screen.
