Sadly, it's been three months back and forth with support, but I've been unable to luanch the desktop app. When trying to open the game it goes from Play-->Pending-->Running-->Play. I have attempted the delete cash and reinstall, moving instillation locations, elevating all permissions to admin, and nothing has worked sadly. Any new suggestions are greatly appreciated.
What operating system are you using?

If support is unable to help you fix this, have you tried using Bluestacks? I use a combination of that and Plarium Play. It's not officially supported, but it works well for me. (And it has a mazro recorder for autoclicking)

I havent tried Bluestacks yet, I suppose I'll give that a try. I'm on Windows 10, same as my old computer (this is a new computer). The only notable difference is that this computer uses an M.2 instead of an SSD.

Like Quinn said, you should definitely try out bluestacks. I'll see what I can find about Plar Play not working again.

Do you have an reccomendations on settings to run BlueStacks? The reason I liked the Plarium Play luancher was because there was virtually no lag. I have a beefyish computer so theoretically BlueStacks should run smoothly, but I am unfamiliar with it so setting it up to get smooth gameplay is nontrivial for me currently.

Bluestacks seems to be a bit laggier than usual since the last update. I'm not sure myself.
