Looks like a lot of people are having this issue, can you try a VPN?

i have an iMac (21.5-inch, Mid 2011) running 10.13.6 and after I hit the play button it opens a black window, and that is all it does. 

I tried clearing the cache, tried restarting the Mac, tried uninstalling Raid and re-installing it, delete the "BattleJournals" folder and contents: nothing worked. 

No, I don't have acess to a VPN. Unless ther are free ones I could try?

Same issue here. I have tried a VPN and it crashes right after the text at the bottom says

"Entering the realm of Telaria"

Right as it tries to open the home screen the app crashes.

I have reinstalle PP several times. I also deleted the Libray and User folders a few times. 

Attached is the pp_log.txt of the current install on my Mac.

Running: Catalilna OS

Palarium Play: 6.8.0-0.0.0 (1.125)

Have the same issue. I even loaded it on my macbook and works fine but not on my Imac. Uninstalled and cleared history even deleted all files with anything raid or Plarium in them. Still no good. VPN does not work so must be a issue with the file itself. Hopfully they fix this ASAP

Anyone find a fix to this yet?

As Harbby said, we've reported this. In the meanwhile, you want to check on Bluestacks? I love the app, and I use it to run Raid quite a bit. Has a built in macro recorder too for easier farming. 0_0

Just tried it with 4.71.1. 

No change (not saying that it should have solved it, just an update). 

Yep. I still get the normal loading screen, all the usual steps, but after 2-3 seconds on "Entering the realm of Teleria" it crashes. 

I'll make sure to let them know. 

They pushed out an update for Macs. Lemme know if it worked

Just got an update saying Macs should work better. I really appreciate the effort, but sadly it still doesn't work on my Mac Pro running 10.13.5. Still crashing. 

Doesn't work on my M1 12.0.1 Monterey Mac either. Crashes right at "Entering the Realm of Teleria". Bluestacks doesn't run on M1 Mac. On my intel mac, Plarium Play runs Raid a little bit, but crashes frequently, and bluestacks has kernel panics in Monterey. So there's no way to play Raid on Mac at this time. Not reliably. 

Decided to try again today if I could start the game since I haven't been able to start Raid in close to 2 months now. Still crashing at "Entering the Realm of Teleria". There was an update at the start of october/end of september which broke the game Apple silicon. I was on Big Sur at the time, now Monterey. This is on M1 Macbook Air.

Just updated to today's patch (4.90.x) on my Mac Pro: still no change: crashing on Entering the realm of teleria. 

This is very frustrating, especially if it also crashes on M1...

Sorry this still isn't working well for you. Have you given Bluestacks a try yet? I use it when Plarium Play is being grumpy.

Any news on this? 

I'm also considreing getting an M1 mac. Does the game run on M1 Macs?
