It still does not work after the update. No file in the folder.. Deleted the folder and made another folder and renamed it, but it still does not work...

Another way to get there is to open a finder window:

Click on the "Go" menu, while it is visible press and hold the "option" key.

This will add a selection about 1/2 way down called "Library"

Click on Library and it will take you to the Hidden Library folder that contains the path:

~\Application Support\ com.plarium.raidlegends\BattleJournals\

I only had one file in this folder, after deleting the file RAID is Running!!!!

That's what I did, and there was no file in the folder. delete the folder and made new folder with same name. reinstalled. cleared cache. I think I did everything, but it still does not work.

Hmm    i  know it sounds weird but try  launching  without  creating  the folder  again  yourself.  

Nothing worked.... So I reinstalled the MacOS, and it works now. Thanks for your help anyway.

I tried posting something about this earlier and my post disappeared. I have tried all the above reinstall and folder deletion methods to no avail.

The black screen issue started just a couple days ago for me, and I've been searching and trying all sorts of remedies aside from reinstalling MacOS. 

In my Raid log file, it says there are a lot of errors indicating that the shaders and shading are not compatible with my graphics card. I ran the Disk Utility in Safe Mode but that didn't fix it :( 

My computer is running fine otherwise. I tested two games on Steam: The demo for Euro Truck Simulator 2 and Path of Exile. Path of Exile didn't work, but ETS2 did. 

Black screen here as well.  Need fixed ASAP.

Same here  with black screen. Send several requests for help to support and did not get a single response from them. What is wrong with this peoples ?

IMAC - Raid game in Launcher continues to crash on any battle in any area, bastion, it will happen absolutely everywhere in the game, no notice, just crashes. This started happening after the recent update. Please find a fix for this. Thank you for all you do !!
