not loading on MacOS

This keeps happening from 3 days ago even before 4.30 update. It worked perfectly before this. When I press "Continue Playing", I keep getting this message over and over. I restarted my iMac, deleted the plarium play app and reinstalled it several times. I cleared cache as well. It works on bluestacks, but it's laggy. Can you let me know when you will fix this problem? My computer is iMac 27 inch 5K 2020 version. Thanks!

I read a Plarium Announcement that they are looking into it. Hopefully, they will fix within a few weeks. Now I am using Bluestacks.

Yes same here.  I am extremely and irritated.


A message I sent to Support:

Any update on fixing this?  I have spent thousands of dollars on this game.  I am at a point of going through the process of requesting a full refund at this point due to seller negligence and moving on from the game.  There's just been way too many issues and I have been more than patient with all of them.   It has been DAYS since this first issue occurred for Mac users.  You leave us all in the dark. There is a fair allotted time to fix an issue and it's almost reaching the end of the week now.   If I need to go through my attorney and your legal team, so let it be, but I would rather solve this amicably and hope you guys do the right thing. It's the seller's responsibility to provide a working product for the paying consumer.  Technical issues may occur but you and I know that we've had our fair share and we have been extremely patient.  At level 100, you know that I have been through it all.

Before launching a new patch or game extension, don't you guys thoroughly test it on PC, Mac, etc etc?  I would think that is standard SOP for developers.  Anyhow,  I need a time frame on when this will be fixed.  If you don't see it being fixed in the very near future, please ask your developers for my request for a full refund.  I really don't want to have to go through contacting the Google store customer service, BBB, FTC amongst many others and make this a huge issue.  I pay a lot of money for this game. I expect to PLAY and enjoy it, this is not what I am paying for.  I hope to hear from you today.

I'm  sorry  everyone.  There  still  is  no  update.  I  personally  cannot  access  it  via  my  PC  application  either.  I  recommend  using  Bluestack  for  the  time  being.  You  can  find  a  safe  link  on  Hellhades'  website.

They  are  working  on  it,  in  the  meantime  i  suggest  using  Bluestacks  until  they  fix  the  issue.  Bluestacks  works  100%  fine.

I don't see any folder called com.plarium.raidlegends.  Anyone else not seeing it?

It worked for me....try it this way.

Another way to get there is to open a finder window:

Click on the "Go" menu, while it is visible press and hold the "option" key.

This will add a selection about 1/2 way down called "Library"

Click on Library and it will take you to the Hidden Library folder that contains the path:

~\Application Support\ com.plarium.raidlegends\BattleJournals\


I only had one file in this folder, after deleting the file RAID is Running!!!!

I did as phaedxen suggested, but there was no file - maybe because I reinstalled it. So I deleted the folder and made a new folder with same name. It still does not work.

I did the same, there is no file  in that folder.  I'm done looking for fixes. I've paid enough money to this company for them to fix there own stuff.
