im useing the latest windows. ive done everything it say and still nothing works

Same error as photo above. Reaches 88% on install then I get the error message. Uninstalled/reinstalled. Used a different computer to clear cache.

Okay, fixed it by running as administrator

my computer has the same problem but when I re-install it still doesn't work

didn't make it's own file, says it's installed but nowhere to be found to uninstall it other than through microsoft. this happened after it did an update to the launcher yesterday, nothing has worked and I am about done with the game due to launcher issues. I am running windows 7 64 and have done everything they said to try

I tried it even on the administrator account instead of  on reg account using administrative privledges

Nothing works for me, i've deleted all folders of plarium play and i keep getting the same message ''This application is already installed on your computer'' knowing i deleted these files a while ago, and when i open the application anyway i get the unrecoverable error alert.

"unrecoverable error occured..."   same here.. Nothing seems to help.. My another lab top got the same error message few days ago (and still not working) and now this one quit too.. No access to my accounts anymore. Thx Plarium.

I found that by going into advanced options during installation and moving the location to Programme Files (x86) within C: drive I managed to get it installed. I just made a new folder within called Plarium Play

I encountered this issue becasue the default install location is under the local user account's appdata. In my situation I was using adminitrative rights from a different account and so it was attempting to install under a different user accounts appdata. To fix check the install path under advanced settings is in a folder your account hasd access to.

well got it figured out finally, but then couldn't change my account email as typed gmil to change my email had to change my laptop profile to administrator to log into that administrator, and recreat the account with right email. to get it to install as it on my profile I really hate windows 10 it's been out and htye got others at least windows 7 worked right. think either need a coffee IV or change the lap top back to windows 7 lol.
