i am on andriod.  I have had reload 3 times.  When I fire up the game it freeze on load up .  It was running fine till yesterday.

buenos dias desde hace 2 dias no puedo lanzar el juego lo he desistalafo reiniciado baciado la cache y no hay manera de poder entrar es frustante saver que e invertido dindero en este juego y que haora no me dege entrar y no poder jugar lo podrian arreglar o como lo hago si ya segui todos sus pasos y sigo sin poder entrar a ningiun juego de la plataforma

I would like to report that I can now get in to the game.  It turns out that it was the phone. Specifically the Settings, Apps, Special access (hamburger menu), Do not disturb permision setting for Game Booster. Setting to Allowed, keeps Raid from finishing as shown in my screenshot in my initial post. Setting to Not allowed and clearing the cache for Raid allows Raid to finish loading. I play other games on this phone all are working regardless of this setting except for Raid and one other game which also works now that I've not allowed this permission for Game Booster. Hopefully this will be helpful to the developers.

I am having the same issue for more than just a couple of days. All goes welll until the bar gets to "Starting services". My USERID is showing in the upper left, the circle thing is doing it's thing in the upper right. I can use back on the phone to exit.

I have a Samsung Galaxy A71, Andriod 11. I have played on this phone before. 

I cleared cache and data, still the same and I have also deleted and reinstalled the game.

I’ve been trying to login. serverproblems. I tried deleting the game and re downloading. I’m praying I don’t have to start all over considering i have gotten to level 32 and spent a bit on this game. It keep saying “unable to load part of the resources” and keeps saying to check my internet. My internet is runningAll it Super frustrating I’m missing out on my daily rewards as well as my daily missions.  

sometimes you get into the game sometimes you don't. The reason lies with Plarium and not with us players.  Instructions such as uninstalling and clearing the cache only help to a limited extent. It's sad that such a thing exists in a game.
