I want to start off by saying I love the game so far. I have been playing for two weeks or so. I have has a super tough time the last few days playing. I keep getting booted or disconnected. This morning I went to burn my shards to compete for the event and, hopefully, get a Legendary Champion. I got booted during a sacred shard pull, how disappointing. I tried to open a ticket in game, but am unable to. I have probably spent over $500 on the game so far, and will more then likely spend more. How can you help with this issue?
