Very angry at support tickets right now. I keep getting auto replies that don't address the issue at all. I've submitted the ticket with the play log. 

I need assistance. Hitting a paying customer with auto replies is not ok. 

Is anyone listening? 

It only gets worse imo. From my experience thus far, you can go to extreme detail what is happening and what you've done to correct the problem, but they continue with the generic answers like re-install. The last goto I got, and which seems to be their lazy way out for so many with login problems, is to install a third party VPN. VPN = thats plarium's final feedback so don't bother contacting us anymore, we won't answer.
