ASKING A MODERATOR TO STICKY THIS SOLUTION BECAUSE A LOT OF PEOPLE ARE HAVING TROUBLE WITH THIS.

After days and days of searching, I have finally found the solution.

The issue is related to NVIDIA. If you search for driver updates on your system itself, it will most likely tell you that the drivers are up to date.

However, you must download Nvidia GeForce Experience to find a driver update you most likely don't have.

You can download it on the official Nvidia website: https://www.nvidia.com/en-us/geforce/geforce-experience/

Once downloaded and installed, it will ask you to sign in. You will have to do this.

As soon as you are then logged in, you can click on "DRIVERS" on the top left corner. Next, click on "CHECK FOR UPDATES" on the top right corner.

It should be the "Game Ready Driver" that needs to be installed. Install this.

Once installed, restart your computer and the game should launch fine.

EDIT: Even if you don't have Nvidia,  you can still look for the Game Ready Driver.
