I had the same problem. For me what helped was the following:

- Download the C++ visuals or something. you can find more information on forum

- Clear the Cache (open the map where you installed it and clear it manually)

- Restart my PC with auto run Plarium Play and the start of Windows

Only after that does my client load succesfully and I can install and play the games.

It's still bugged however. I have to clear cache and restart pc everytime I want to open the client. So I just keep the Plarium Play platform open for days untill it crashes and restart pc again xD

A lot of work, but you can play for hours which makes up for it.
