Why can't I download Plarium Play Setup. This has been ongoing for 3 days. Have sent ticket to Support with screen shots. No response whatsoever. They call this customer service? So how am I supposed to access my game? Server is not responding. Have followed all instructions about cache, uninstall and now can't instal and no help form support. Not even an email to say acknowledge my report.
