Black screen frustration

I created a new account and immediately experienced a familiar issue. Every time I try to access tournaments, I get a black screen and end up having to shut down the game and restarting. I submitted a ticket and got the usual response. i.e.(clear caches etc) Even after doing so, I still have the problem. I seem to recall the issue being solved by something simple, like a setting or such, but can't remember what it was. Any help with this is appreciated.

Do you also play on a Motorola? It seems to be a specific problem and the Team is already working on it.

I am having this issue as well. I do have a Motorola. This is super frustrating as we start a really big event for a limited time fusion.

Yep, support is aware but we don't have a definitive timeline yet.

I am playing on my laptop. So the Motorola thing does not pertain to my issue. In the last set of "events", I could not open the tournament page at all, nor the fusion warm up page. They have now expired and I was unable to collect on either of them. Now the next set of "events has started. I still can't open tournament page or fusion warm up. Also, I am unable to open the dungeon divers page now. This issue is annoying to say the least. It's hard enough to get ahead without the game .... Please advise.

I logged out and can't log back in on Motorola. The login screen is not loading so there is nowhere to type in my info to log back in. So if on Motorola don't log out because you might be stuck out of the game.

Im also waiting because of the Motorola black Screen i Hope we get informed when the issue ist solved.

Is yours older than this?

Also for those still facing problems, if on iOS: 

"Ask them to clear cache. On iOS they will have to Offload the Raid app, unfortunately

iOS: settings, general, iPhone Storage, pick an app and click Offload app (this will uninstall the app, but will keep the documents and settings will remain. Then install an app back"

If on desktop, please clear cache.

I read some messages on discord that the issue with tabs and events has been fixed with the latest maintenance update. Not so with me. I am still unable to open the afore mentioned pages or receive prizes earned from them.

It appears that my issue will not be fixed. I am abandoning my second account due to inability to participate in events & tournaments.

If you've tried all the usual ways to fix this (i.e. cache, reinstall) then I'd contact support again.

One other thing you can try is attempting to connect VPN to ascertain whether it's a connection based issue.

My thoughts on that possibility is, if it was a connection issue, I wouldn't have gotten any of it. As it was, I did get to participate in the coalition thing and one of the "regular" events. Don't remember which one at the moment. Was at the bottom of the list. I also had an issue with the referal program not working, so it wasn't worth the effort. Thanks anyway.

Gotcha. If you do continue to play - and don't contact support - I'd double check and make sure everything is updated on your end, like your .net framework and OS/updates.
