I bought a bonus pack that included +2 clan boss keys. I tried to use said keys, but both times the battle froze and I had to reboot the game. The keys were deducted from my balance but there is no battle history/progress to show for the key.

Has anyone else had this happen?? Is there a way to get my keys back?

No, this is not an isolated issue. Since they expend the keys BEFORE the conclusion of the battle-you get robbed of your resources no matter what if the game freezes. I've sent multiple trouble tickets for this and even suggested that resources get spent at the CONCLUSION of battles, but they either refuse to address it, cannot address it, don't care, or who knows what...

I HAD 18 KEYS BUILT UP, DONT KNOW HOW I GOT THEM, SORRY BOUT CAPS, used 12 no problems have 6 left, enough for 3 mpre battles
