Hi the same issue Have done the update my mac said all was loaded ok but when i start the game it ( Oops something went wrong page ) with the home button below if you push this it returns to the same page . I have tried reloading the same thing happens please advice 

I have the same issues after updating PlariumPlay this morning: "Oops! Something went wrong"  error message. I restarted the PC and reinstalled Plarium Play but nothing is working. I have this problem since this morning (already 5 hours have passed). 

What can be done about it?

Not working for me as well!!

I have delete, and resinstall... claims its ok, when i hit star... claims the game is running and it game window doesnt show and then a windows appears claiming there was an error and the game was closed!!

So how do we fix this??

They  are  currently  working  on  a  fix.  I  recommend  using  Bluestacks  until  there  is  a  fix.  You  can  find  a  link  on  hellhades  website

Some people report that it might help with the MacOS issue to delete all files in the folder: Library/Application Support/com.plarium.raidlegends/BattleJournals

Try this...it worked for me.

Another way to get there is to open a finder window:

Click on the "Go" menu, while it is visible press and hold the "option" key.

This will add a selection about 1/2 way down called "Library"

Click on Library and it will take you to the Hidden Library folder that contains the path:

~\Application Support\ com.plarium.raidlegends\BattleJournals\

I only had one file in this folder, after deleting the file RAID is Running!!!!

There is no such folder in ~/Library/Application Support\ com.plarium.raidlegends and game still crashes:( Pls help

I too struggled with this for a bit. I even read through the stack dump and went out to unity trying to figure out the error. This worked for me once it occurred to me that the the "Go" menu was in the Finder application (at the top of the screen). Mine was something else but started with com.plarium..

yes, sure. BattleJournals folder is empty and game always crashes after 1-2s after start. uninstall/reinstall doesnt help as well. removing all files/folders related to plarium also doesn't help

I had the same issues as seen here. I could install PlariumPlay properly again after installing Rosetta for the MAcBook Pro M1. Hope it helps for you as well.

When i go to libary there are multiple folders and the folder i needed was not there what should i do?

My main account is on my ipad, I installed plarium play but when I sign in with my email, it does not show my ipad version. It starts a new game from the start with a different user ID. Is it not possible to use the ipad account?
