I finished this stage more then 3 times with 2 Chamipons and keep getting only 2stars.
can some one check this issue ?

and yeah, it shows up if you hit the information button on the page - which then shows you the requirements to get 3 stars. Otherwise it isn't intuitive on how to get 3 stars due to the 10 minute requirement being omitted when we pick our champs.
