I can try that, but it worked before the update without one.. I don't see why I would need one now..

All of them that I see are ones that you have to pay for.. But, I've played for a few months now without any issues, and I never had one... That's all i'm saying..

Proton VPN is a good free option that I use when I need one.

I've been trying to login for an hour...nothing works...just keep getting this:

Where can I find out why the game won't load? I keep getting: Connection Error, "Server connection failed." ever since "Technical Maintenece" for 45mins notification popped up.

the short/cliff notes version of an explanation why one might need a VPN is traffic between your ISP/Raid having issues. 

I'm playing on my smartphone right now... There's no issue with my ISP.. I could see it if neither of my devices were working, but the game has been running fine for hours on my phone... Hasn't worked on my laptop for 6 hours.

I have seen that before but I don't know the minutiae of why it would work on one but not the other.

regardless, I'd try VPN on the computer.

Still down on PC using Palrium and not one response from support.......somebody told me this game is based in Ukraine
