Experiencing a similar issue.

I am also experience loading screen errors in particular only through Plarium Play. The game runs fine on mobile, but errors out continuously every time on PC. I have even uninstalled and reinstalled Plarium Play and the same error occurs.

I am unable to log on as well. My load screen gets stuck on unpacking, been two days now.
