In case the issue is not resolved after updating your drivers, please open up the 'Plarium Play' folder at the installation's location, then seek and find a file called 'pp_log.txt'. Send this file to the Support Team.

In response to your issue: could you screenshot your DxDiag window?

Please, follow these instructions in case you don't know how:

1. Click on the Windows button on your keyboard (alternatively, you can press the Ctrl + Esc key combination).
2. Click in the search box.
3. Type "dxdiag" and press enter (without quotation marks). 
4. Then, take a screenshot of the window that appears.

Also, please send the 'pp_log.txt' file to the Support Team so that they can investigate this issue.

I checked my drivers and they are all up to date. Also double checked with any other games but there are no issues. I also deleted the pp. file but it did not work

Still the white screen but with ingame sound. 

And i also double ckecked with my mobile. And if i am logged in in the mobile version and i open the desktop one i am getting logged out in the mobile version. So game is running but without any graphics

Hello! 

In case the issue is not resolved after updating your drivers, please open up the 'Plarium Play' folder at the installation's location, then seek and find a file called 'pp_log.txt'. Delete that file, restart the Plarium Play launcher and try opening the game again.

The result would be a new 'pp_log.txt' which should resolve the issue!

If anything else happens, please let me know!

The windows vista mode doesnt work?

same issue here. White screen, can hear the game playing based on the sound.

I also discovered the game would work if you adjust the window size smaller and squarish. There is a sweet spot that you have to hit.
