I just had my clan boss battle freeze twice in a row, both keys lost.

This issue is really starting to irritate me I loose clan boss keys daily along with arena tokens and energy....I'm about to just delete this game and find another to play

I have tried both and I'm still having the same issue ...Moto z3 latest Android os

Same here, you’d think they would get around to fixing this problem 

Seems like in the last 2 weeks they were finally able to fix the issue (don't recall the exact day, but it was more than a week ago and less than 2).

Losing clan boss keys from game freezingon me, just happened a few minutes ago :(

Hey, sorry to jump on the bandwagon but I experience these problems all the time. Both with Clan Boss and the android app locking up in general whilst playing.  I do try and keep a rough as hell log by dropping support tickets in even though they don't appear to be actively monitored as such. 

I have tried reducing the graphics and framerates, I have tried various things but it still crashes. To add insult to injury I see you are giving Plarium Play players compensation today, however I have received nothing despite constantly losing keys.

Every time I lose a key, I lose a tier of chest and another day. It really is having a big impact and ruining the game for me.

Our devs are workn to fix this type of issues like freezing in CB. The compensation is addressed to who affected by the plarium play client issue.
