Hey there! The game used to run perfectly fine for me. But since I got back after not playing a year I get this problem. The Events and Tournament screens simply don't load! It's infinitely loading. I have tried:
- Clearing the cache
-Reinstalling Plarium Play
-Clearing everything in %appdata%
I am on Windows 11. Any help appreciated!
Sorry I am just seeing this. Was your issue resolved?
If you can, will you try to load tournies with a VPN active? Also try restting your modem/router.
I get this issue EVERY DAY and have so for months. I have to kill a session and log on to an android tablet to view the tournament progress or pick up the prizes. It doesn't happen every time I view the tournament progress but often enough to be really annoying. I've lost count of the number of times I've lost a prize when one more push would get me over the line.
