Same here, impossible to log into the game, lost several clan boss keys and very much energy, even crashed while summoning from a blue shard. Never got the hero and the shard was gone after re-starting the game... I really like this game, but with all these error it's really not playable any more. Slowly starting to regret to have invested some money... Hope you get these errors fixed as long as I'm on holiday!

I wanted to get my friend in on this game so we could start a clan - he has SAMSUNG NOTE 8 and he freezes every time he tries to do campaign.  

The hubby and I have not had any of these problems - so why would half of us be unable to play and not the other half??

We have SAMSUNG S10+.  Not sure if the phone is related somehow - if there is some kind of different program or something on certain phones that is incompatible with the new patch????  Who knows.  

We love your game but we really you to fix it!!!!!  We wanna make a clan and bring friends in.......... Please fix....................................

its 2019 not 1996 dial up connection, PLARIUM bye some better servers this is totally unacceptable these days and for the amount of money you make that people have but into this game.come on guys!

1. It’s wasting in-game energy.

2. It’s counterproductive to the events, and i am unable to finish the event that is currently active because the game keeps force-closing.

Also having gm connectivity issue. Gm crashes after 1 match in dungeons when attempting to use the Next match options, then continues to crash on other tasks. Seems to b a cache issue. 

After the new update raid has been so slow like its working on 15 fps i had it in high settings and before the update it was working well now its just so laggy and its bothering me bcs i cant play

Happened 3 times, every time, I lose the key, that’s very annoying

I don't mean to bump this old thread, but I can't figure out why they engineered the game's mechanics to assess the energy from the player (that they often, literally PAID FOR) before the battle has resolved?

Why wouldn't they send both the energy "debit" and the reward "credit" to the server in the same transmission POST the battle resolving.
