Unable to load part of resources..

Ever since newest patch 1.7.0. Raid stopped working on my Samsung Galaxy s10.


I've tried everything. Uninstalled. Cache and data deleted. New account.. everything.. all I get now is.


"Unable to load part of resources"..


Please help as I spent quite  a bit  on this game and love it dearly.

Hello all,


I, like everyone else in the last few threads, am experiencing the "Unable to load part of resources" error loop. I get to approximately 10% of the update downloaded then I get this error. I can see in the background that the update continues to download if I do nothing, however I can't get into the game. I believe it has to do (at least for me) with switching from mobile data to wifi during the download process. I, again like everyone else, have tried every combination I can think of with regards to clearing the cache and uninstalling the game to no avail.


Did anyone else switch to wifi during the download?


I am on a Sony Xperia XA2, running Android 8.0.


I really hope this gets resolved as this is by far one of the best mobile games I have played. 


P. S. I am on a very small gb plan so I am not able to finish the download via mobile data. If there is anyone out there that thinks they could attempt this or had this same situation happen and could attempt to finish the download on mobile data. I would be very interested in seeing what comes of this.

I am on an iPhone 6.5S having same issue.  I put in a ticket last night with support and got a fairly quick response, but the response was not helpful.  In effect it said to make sure I have at least 1.8 gb of free space available, which I have more than twice that amount.  Took screenshots, sent more info, and than nothing from support since this morning.  I literally just downloaded the game 2 nights ago... I am a level 2 :).  The game looked amazing... but now I am left just frustrated.  


Support please help!! :(

They have to be aware of this issue by now, and I would hope are working for a fix.. Its not a problem on my HARDWARE's end. I've tried to play RAID on 3 different devices, A Samsung Galaxy S10 (Brand new only a couple days old), an LG v20 (old phone), and my PC emulator Bluestacks.


All 3 provide the same error, "unable to load some of the resources".. Plarium, fix this shit now please.. I'm a willing money bag, and you just don't want my money it seems..

Worse than that, they want me to have to reverse what I already spent if I can't play.

Plarium, even if you are not fixing it at the moment at least acknowledge that you are working towards a fix. Please.

Same issue for me. @ jfowler33, yes I'm normally on my work wifi but, my work wifi won't allow raid to play so when I launched raid last night and realized I was still on wifi I switched over to mobile data and then I end up with the issue we all have now. Hope it gets addressed soon.


Just re- read this thread and noticed that my switch was opposite from jfowler33... regardless it was a switch from wifi data to mobile data.

Mine varies before I get I can’t play. I fear it’s the pack I bought that still says “empty” while it loads…

You as well?? I bought this pack  too and it shows an empty offer on start up that I believe causes the issue. I bought 1/2 9.99 Double XP packs.. sigh..

I wonder what would happen if I bought the remaining 9.99 pack? Would it un bug my account?
