Hi, since the 1.7 update I can’t access the game on ios. At the screen where it should’ve been the loading screen, it is pitch black. Doesn’t load or change. Using iphone6. Will update ios and try again. I will edit this post.

Raid works for me on iPad Pro and PC but stops on the loading screen on my IPhone 11 Pro.
Ive tried reloading, off and on, all the usual high tech suggestions.`
The immediate advice from Support on the link is not helpful. I certainly don't see playing on the PC as a suitable alternative to a mobile phone. Also I'm connecting through the same IP address so this is not the issue. Looks like yet another Palarium bug.
