Two hours ago I consecutively pulled two epic champions from the portal.  First was Karam and followed by Galek.  The corresponding spots in the index lighted up to indicate my getting of these champions.  However, I could not find them in my Champions box.  I did not receive them.  Please help me to rectify this game problem and let me receive these two champions as per normal.
