Banned for refund abuse?
Just tried to log in & I am banned for refund abuse. Full story:
On November 27th I attempted to purchase a pack in game, nothing happened, so I attempted it again, nothing happened, so I attempted a 3rd time, suddenly I had a pack & 2 bunches of gems I didn't purchase. I issued a ticket immediately & let them know what had happened. I got an email saying they would look into it. Then another email on the 29th saying they had sent it to their team to investigate.
After more than a week & nothing back from them, no refund issued & no further contact I took it as a loss for me, grabbed the gems & carried on with playing the game. Today, out of the blue, you are banned to to refund abuse.
Can someone please explain to me how what I did is abuse? I requested a refund, didn't get it, didn't get any information from Plarium and didn't send any follow up requests. I put a lot of time that I really don't have much of into my account, almost have my 2nd 60 and was working toward building a strong team & now I'm banned with no explaination. What kind of company does that?
