Hi,  I am a clan leader, i am a buyer of shards and packages in the game, i also am a twitch streamer.  I was talking to all of my friends in chat in room 42 global chat.  I was recruiting new members to help them and help me progress in the game.  I was auto banned for this which is a huge deal because i just spent 250 dollars on the game , i am already pretty salty because out of 250 dollars i didnt even get a single legendary i will probably never purchase again from this game because i keep being penalized with everything i do for the company.  

After talking to my friends and helping new players i turned on netflix to chill and have a nice day and recruit the last few slots in my clan with new members.  i posted 1 message 30 minutes to an hour apart and send a different message every time a custom message.  My last message i posted was " Recruiting new players to Raid Lotz Clan"   then within 3 seconds BOOM instant ban.  Now after having purchased 250 dollars worth of shards and getting absolutely nothing and totally regretting everything i spent on this game and wondered should i play this game anymore i was banned from global chat.  For a week.  Now i am unable to talk to my clanmates and help and i look like an afk crappy clan leader and im pretty upset.  If i had a huge audience watching me and i got banned like that im pretty sure that half of the people watching that were thinking about playing the game would probably not attempt it after that.   On top of that i have looked all over the forums and there are tons of people with the same issue.  They arent given an apology or anything just an unban and let them go on their merry way with salt and dirt on there backs.  

Please fix this problem it is terrible and disgusting to many of us players.  We support your game by making purchases, please give back to the people and give them a better system or give players above a certain level and time spent in the game immunity to your terrible chat bot filters.  if im level 35+ im pretty sure im not a robot,  and if i get banned at level 35 + and im trying to sell my account or something against terms of service then i can see where a ban is warranted.  Please fix this system.  Half of your players dont talk in chat because they are scared to get banned.  Maybe even remove the banned messages from appearing in global chat.  Its a huge turn off to us players.    If there is anyone out there that agrees with my message and has the same problem please help me by posting similar problems below.  And please unban me from chat as i have not done anything but have honor in this game and chat.
