I made a support ticket, but havent gotten a response. The ban is a chat ban in game.

How long ago did you shoot support a message?

seems like about a week now, maybe more

I'd make sure that the email I used for the ticket didn't have replies going to junk then open one more time.

I'm doubtful they'll change a lifetime ban but you can try, for sure.
