What kind of a support team continues to "request screenshots" for a fraudulent account?

I am fairly sure wild chimpanees can't email at all. 

You need to chill my guy. Support is trying to make sure they do not close every account that gets an email about it. You taking an extra step or two is for the protection of the other 1 million daily players of the game.

If someone snagged my email off this website, then sent Support a message saying that MY account was from their email, and hadn't been authorized, should Support just close it? Would seem pretty terrible to have my account closed because some troll decided to ruin my account.

So personally, I am all about them asking you for more information before just wantonly closing accounts.

Since you said you're not going to chill, I just removed your rant. Cause you violated our server TOS and I can. You can also submit your unban request to the support team you refer to as chimpanzees.

To OP , if they dont follow a certain protocol to do this then they would be chimpanzee ... customers are the most abusive , exploiting kind of people there is .. If you dont follow a certain procedure , you can bet people would find a way to abuse it ..

They asked for a SS and more info , to make sure 100% , not likes its hard to do your part ...

And i know , ive been chat banned 3 times in 89days for no reason and each time i have to go through hoops to get it back . Which makes me angry but secure at the same time that my account and info are secured ..

 Sorry to bump this thread. I am trying to use my PC to log into Mech arena, but it isnt importing, and I am working with the support team, but am running into the same issue. They need my account creation date  in order to verify me, but I can not find this information in my account info, in app or online, in plarium or on the mech arena app.

 I am going to check google play next? Maybe my origional download date is in there from last year?
