Again, ignored by Plarium email support
What the fuck is wrong with ypur email support team? I emailed them 4 days ago saying that I am unable to log into Plarium play because the Capcha isn't working, anf they reply to me saying to describe my problem and send a screenshot. I fucking tell them again I am NOT ABLE TO LOG IN BECAUSE OF THE CAPCHA, I SEND THEM A PICTURE OF THE CAPCHA, AND I NEVER HEAR FROM THEM AGAIN.
this isn't the first time this has happened. Last time I called my credit card company and disputed all my purchases because I could not access them, and won. Where the hell is the support for this game?? Why even offer email support if they just ignore it? I'm on the verge of callng my credit card company again...dosen't your comapny care about people not being able to access their game???
