Have you tried logging in with your existing account? It sounds like you were signed out of your account.

Did you have a log-in that you used before, Plarium ID, Facebook, something? 

If you didn't - or can't remember it, I would contact support with proof of purchases and try to recover your account that way. 

Ever time I try to login it tells me my account has been deactived and I cannot get in. I have been tring to get HELP.

I think that they don't care about the players.
